The river is rich with small and big fish that swim together, under and beside you.  You will really feel at one with nature when you float down the river. The adventure is amazing. Under the surface a rich vegetation life hides, and the visibility in the water is surprisingly good. We’ll guide you into small eddies, through currents and give you an underwater experience as seen from just beneath the surface.

The trout is Norways most common fish and one of the most popular fish for sportsfishing. The trout is a member of the salmon family, and can weigh up to 20 kg. In Hemsedal you can find trout in lakes up til about 1500 meters above sea level. The trout comes to Hemsil to spawn and is also a good catch in the flyfishing zone. The trout is a fish of prey and lives on the rich life in the river.
